How much notice is required to make a reservation?
JAFF RIDE recommends making a reservation 24 hours in advance to secure a car. However, we also accommodate unscheduled pickups whenever possible. Please feel free to contact us directly or check online for availability on the same day.
Will I receive a notification when my car arrives?
As a courtesy to our customers, we strive to notify them when their drivers arrive. Driver will always reach out to passengers promptly upon arrival.
How much notice is required to cancel a reservation?
We kindly ask our customers to cancel their reservations at least 3 hours in advance for pick-ups in NYC and 5 hours in advance for pick-ups outside NYC. Cancellations made after these specified time-frames may incur fees.
Does JAFF RIDE offer city to city rides?
Yes, JAFF RIDE offers rides between cities for all vehicle classes. You can book these rides on our website and app.
What if my flight is delayed?
When booking an airport pickup, including your flight number enables us to monitor your arrival time and modify the pickup schedule in response to delays or early arrivals.
For instance, if your flight is scheduled to land at 6:00 PM and you've booked a pickup for 6:30 PM, we will adjust the pickup time to 7:00 PM if your flight is delayed by 30 minutes. Similarly, if you arrive earlier than expected, we will advance your pickup time accordingly.
How do I recover lost property?
If you or the guest you’re booking for leaves an item behind in the vehicle after their ride, the driver may contact the guest directly to arrange to return it, or they may call JAFF RIDE for assistance.
If you have not yet been contacted about your lost item, please tell us the details of your ride and the item lost by calling us, using the online chat feature, or emailing us so we can do everything possible to locate your property.
